Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a BizGrowth plan. BizGrowth is a business name of Michael Kealy, sole trader, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 RT99.

Your plan

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current Irish rate.
• Each plan includes the voice minutes and chat conversations shown on our pricing page. Unused allowance doesn't carry over to the next month.
• If you go over your allowance, we'll let you know and agree a top-up or plan change with you before charging anything extra.

Setup and your information

• We set up and train your AI agents using information you provide. You're responsible for making sure that information is accurate and up to date, and for approving your agents before they go live.
• AI agents can occasionally make mistakes. They're set up to hand over to you when they're unsure, but you should check summaries and bookings regularly.
• Your agents must tell callers and chat users that they're talking to an AI.

Data protection

When our agents handle your customers' data, you're the data controller and we act as your processor. We'll sign a data processing agreement with you on request.

Cancelling

Plans run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by emailing [email protected]. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if a bill isn't paid within 14 days of a reminder or the service is used unlawfully.

Liability

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
