Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. We set your agent up to say so at the start of the call or chat. It's honest, EU rules expect it, and most people don't mind once they get a quick answer.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your AI agent, either all the time, when you're busy, or only after hours.
How does it know about my business?
We train it on your website, price list, FAQs and policies, plus anything you tell us on the setup call. You check everything before it goes live.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
